Moonrise tower has two stages: Stage 1 is when everyone is neutral to you. Stage 2 is after you do the Shadowrealm. As long as you do not go into the shadowrealm, you can continue to do just about everything related to moonrize tower, up to a point where you hit a wall trying to find the Duke.
